Founder and Principal Consultant
At the helm of NutriREG stands Lira Yoon, the visionary founder and principal consultant. Lira’s distinguished career spans nearly three decades within the food industry, encompassing diverse sectors such as infant formula products, formulated supplementary foods, food for special medical purposes, food ingredients, food packaging and beverages. Her rich professional journey extends far beyond regulatory, corporate and scientific affairs. Having ventured into quality control & assurance, operations management, business development, and the strategic realms of ingredients sourcing and sales, Lira embodies a comprehensive perspective that fuels NutriREG’s multifaceted approach.
Lira holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology (BSc), complemented by a Bachelor’s in Law (LLB).
Until a recent juncture, Lira actively contributed as a board member (alternate director) of the Infant Nutrition Council. Her commitment to the industry is further exemplified by her decade-long membership in scientific and regulatory committees. Additionally, Lira’s expertise extended to her involvement in the Fruit Juice Association Technical Committee, where she shared her insights and knowledge.
